First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2020
Following a record number of entries for the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2020, judging is now underway for the 11th annual event, which recognises the companies and individuals that are going above and beyond to support first time buyers. With such a high level of entry, it’s going to be a challenge for the esteemed judges, who are tasked with narrowing down entrants for all categories into a shortlist.
Judges include: Mark Bastin, Director of Mark Bastin Associates; Chris Browne, Sales Director at Movebubble; Marilyn DiCara, Independent Housing Consultant; Lisa Westerman, Director of Lisa Westerman Consultancy (LWC); Chris Jones, Managing Partner of Space & Time; Stephen Harker, Managing Partner and Head of Property Department of Dawson Cornwell; Tony Harker, Director and Independent Housing Consultant; and Marcus Wilshere, London Masterplanning Lead of IBI Group.
Lynda Clark, CEO of First Time Buyer Group, says: “It’s always exciting to receive all of the entries for the rewards and see the hard work done by so many individuals and companies. This year, we have already seen a record number of entries come through, as so many companies both large and small are looking to shout about their achievements. With so many high-quality entries to choose from, I have a feeling that it’s going to be a difficult decision for our judges this year!”

Once a shortlist has been decided for each category, the decision is then put to the readers of First Time Buyer Magazine, who will have the chance to vote for their winners online at www.ftbawards.com.
