Space & Time welcome second round of LaunchPad recruits

After the success of our inaugural LaunchPad programme in spring of last year, we are delighted to see both the progression of our first four recruits nearly twelve months on, as well as the successful onboarding of three new recruits for our early 2023 intake. Candidates from our initial intake have progressed into executive roles within the PPC, Programmatic and Client Experience teams and have thrived since graduating from the course, as their ongoing development continues.

Such was the overwhelming popularity and interest in this second intake, we needed to close applications early in order to stand a chance of working our way through the list. And after many hours studying applications, and two rounds of interviews, we unanimously settled on three standout candidates of Anastasiia (Manchester), Matthew (Reigate) and Poppy (Edinburgh). These three applicants impressed us by demonstrating the right mix of passion and dedication for the opportunity and are already making great progress on the course.

LaunchPad is Space & Time’s bespoke three-month comprehensive training programme in digital marketing, which provides candidates a blend of theoretical and practical training along with mentorship from experienced colleagues within the business. Training is tailored to the beginner so is ideal for entry-level school leavers and graduates or career-changers alike.

We have also begun to adapt the programme to create structured work experience opportunities for local school and college students and we welcome the opportunity to continue building relations with local institutions.
