Programmatic Strategist

Manchester office

We are looking for a Programmatic Strategist, to be part of our in-house trading desk to deliver results across all channels (Display, Video, Mobile). You'll be responsible for the preparation, activation, optimisation, and performance analysis for your display, mobile and video accounts. You’ll deliver regular campaign reports and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders and offer suggestions for continued improvement, as well as act as a point of contact for junior staff.

This is a hands-on role, involving client engagement, reporting analysis and insights as well as providing excellent client experience and raving fan customers! The Client Experience team are looking for a confident Performance Manager with strong Account Management skills to manage the day to day running of their clients’ accounts. You will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for managing the daily activity and strategic development of our pillar clients, from taking the brief, developing the media strategy, and working with the internal specialist teams to provide the right solutions to meet your client’s objectives. You’ll also have the ability to come in and lead, have autonomy and independence and act with authority whilst also getting support from senior managers. You’ll lead meetings, acting as the company representative and make decisions. You’ll have a can-do attitude and enjoy offering solutions and getting involved.

As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting Performance Managers and Senior Media Executives with the planning, buying and administration of first-class media campaigns. The role involves implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of media activity.

Marketing Executive

London/Reigate/Manchester/Edinburgh

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive, looking for their next challenge. In this varied role, you’ll be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, and play an active part in the agency’s internal and external communications. You’ll be managing a variety of elements of the marketing funnel, developing engaging content to attract the right kind of site traffic, and converting that traffic into new business leads, and nurturing those leads to close into customers using marketing automation. ​ You’ll have regular contact with the client Experience team and media specialists within the agency regarding thought leadership, blog content and award entries. You’ll also take charge of social media channels, set up email campaigns and analyse results. You’ll also get involved in event management, the creation of all marketing collateral and the running and analysis of monthly reports. Where necessary there will also be attendance at new business meetings, research and administrative work to support new business pitches. The ideal candidate must be someone who is confident with communicating with the wider agency teams including Executive Board.
