Space & Time welcomes LaunchPad trainee recruits

Space & Time, inclusive in the ways we work, speak & act, embracing diversity, individuality and teamwork welcome our first intake of LaunchPad trainee recruits joining us across our offices around the UK! Welcome Nerea (Edinburgh), Talia (Manchester), Zulaiha (London) and Carla (Reigate)!

Space & Time’s LaunchPad is a comprehensive three-month training program where candidates gain practical training, hands-on experience and mentorship from senior team leaders and colleagues.  This program has been designed to specifically support career changers and those with little-to-no industry or even work experience and offers various paid media or media executive lanes in which to specialise.

Once the training has been completed, using all they have learned and their newfound skills, the candidates will be integrated into teams while working on projects as well as their own personal digital platform certifications and continue their development.

LaunchPad has been designed to teach the principles of digital marketing and will help to develop strategic thinking, as well as technical and soft skills.

  • PPC (Google, Bing, paid search, display, Gmail, YouTube)
  • Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Programmatic (display, video, mobile, audio, TV)
  • Client Experience (strategy & planning, client interaction, reporting)

LaunchPad was designed by our Executive Team and our HR Business Partner, and we’ll will be running our 12-week training programme program every six months.  If you are interested or know someone who is in securing a space on our next LaunchPad, do reach out.
