After scoring 33/80 in our audit score, we recommended several areas for improvement. We undertook a revamp of Phlo’s digital analytics infrastructure. Every aspect, from GA4 setups to GTM configurations and consent implementations, underwent meticulous refinement, until Phlo’s analytics ecosystem was not just functional but optimised for actionable insights.
The first step involved identifying and eliminating unnecessary clutter within the GA4 property. We pinpointed redundant tracking mechanisms and extraneous data points, clearing the path for a more streamlined analytics framework.
We then focused on optimising data collection to ensure accuracy and relevance. Leveraging our expertise in digital analytics, we developed a tailored approach to refine data collection methods, aligning them closely with Phlo’s business objectives and key performance indicators.
