Space & Time devised and implemented a multi-channel approach across PPC Search, Google’s Display Network, Facebook and SEO.

Our targeting methods included a refined keyword list, Affinity and In-Market groups, User Interests and Insights, Remarketing Lists and tight Geo-targeting that was employed to minimise wastage.

Ads were created that highlighted the benefits of working for the company, leveraged the power of the Caffè Nero brand and encouraged users to apply for a position.


We successfully assisted in increasing the awareness of the Caffe Nero working culture, whilst decreasing the Paid Search cost per click by 34%. As well as, reaching over 221,000 unique individuals on Facebook and increasing monthly organic traffic by 50%.
